EXAN Exhaust

Exan was born in 1996 in Cinisello Balsamo (Italy) thanks to the passion for two wheels of its owner Andrea Nova. Within a few years, the need to move the company to nearby Lissone to meet the new production needs would emerge, an indisputable sign of the brand’s rise over the course of these very few years and testifying to the many successes already achieved.

Exan stands out on the motorcycle silencer market thanks to a philosophy that makes quality and performance research its strong point. These characteristics make the Exan brand a company with traits that are unique in certain respects, an absolute point of reference for all those who are looking for quality combined with artisan care for the details created. The operational area is supported by Tig welding machines, pipe benders, motorcycle test benches as well as machinery specially made for the design and construction of silencers, fittings and complete groups of all kinds.

The philosophy is to combine the most advanced materials and technologies with handmade manufacturing, every detail is worked within the company in order to always create a unique piece. The materials used are carbon, titanium, stainless steel and black stainless steel. It has a latest generation internal test bench equipped with an eddy current brake and lambda probe thanks to which it is possible to directly test its products and always guarantee maximum performance. The range includes exhausts for sports, naked, supermotard and classic motorcycles. Exan really knows how to go beyond the rules of normal production and that’s why it also makes customized exhausts on specific customer requests in order to create real works of art. All this suggests not only the great passion that animates the “men” but above all their extraordinary technical skills.

In recent years Exan has been and is still present directly on the competition fields, counts several teams among its customers engaged in Italian and foreign championships at every level and category. The production range includes exhaust systems for sport bikes, naked, supermotard and classics.
