Linear Guide
Even under a preload or regular load, the ball and raceway contact one another at two points in the loading direction, as shown. This design gives rise to a smooth rolling motion.

Ball Screw
The high efficiency of ball screws is vastly superior to conventional screws. The torque required is less than 30%. Linear motion can be easily changed from rotary motion.

The unique TBI 40° angular contact is design to drive with the minimum of friction force while the design performs not only the highest sensitivity but also the rigidity.

Rotary Series
The precision ground screw thread and spline groove make sure the ball bearing travel fluently during operations which reduce the skidding, friction and noise level and thus increase the service performance and life.

Adopts the advantages of the TBI Motion linear guides and screws then designs the nut and block into an integral mechanism. With the highly rigid U-Rail track optimized section, it minimize the required space and the time for assembly.
